World class wine bottles fill out the glass walls inside this sophisticated oasis of luxurious privacy, creating a singularly sumptuous nest for discerning diners. Supple leather clad doors can be opened or closed to turn the gracious 18-seat dining room into two even more intimate settings for up to eight and twelve guests, making these refined rooms ideal gathering spots for personal and professional affairs.

Designer Adam Tihany cosseted this gourmet retreat with rich golden organza curtains and a plush geometric carpet. His chocolate brown curvilinear chairs generously padded with delicate floral silk invite guests to linger comfortably over Amber’s award winning dishes.

A subtle chandelier emits the restaurant’s namesake shade upon fresh cut flowers at the center of the Frette linen-covered table set with Amber’s bespoke Bernardaud china and Christofle stemware. Mahogany louvers allow private guests to take in Amber’s main dining scene without revealing the identities of those dining within these exclusive walls.
